Delta Capital Group Do Not Call Policy

Purpose:

Delta Capital Group is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance with telemarketing laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Telemarketing Sales Rule, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules, and other applicable regulations. This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy outlines the rights of consumers and how Delta Capital Group addresses their desire not to be called for telemarketing purposes.

Scope:

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party representatives of Delta Capital Group involved in telemarketing and direct outreach activities with customers or prospects.

Definitions:

  • Do Not Call List: A registry, internal or national, where consumers can add their phone numbers to avoid receiving unwanted telemarketing calls.
  • Telemarketing Call: Any call made for the purpose of encouraging the purchase, rental, or investment in products or services.

Policy Guidelines:

Internal Do Not Call List:

Delta Capital Group maintains an internal Do Not Call List. Consumers who request not to receive telemarketing calls will be added to this list within 30 days of their request. Once added, these numbers will remain on the internal DNC list for a period of 5 years or as required by law.

National Do Not Call Registry:

Delta Capital Group complies with the National Do Not Call Registry as maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry will not be called unless there is an established business relationship or the consumer has given prior express consent.

Established Business Relationships:

Delta Capital Group may call individuals with whom we have an established business relationship, as permitted by law. Consumers can still request to be added to Delta Capital Group’s internal Do Not Call List, even if an established business relationship exists.

Third-Party Marketing Services:

Delta Capital Group requires all third-party marketing services to adhere to this DNC Policy and comply with relevant regulations. Third parties must also honor any request from a consumer to be placed on the DNC List.

Consumer Rights and Requests:

Any consumer who does not wish to receive marketing calls can request to be added to our DNC List by calling 888-213-7118 or emailing info@deltacapitalgroup.com. Consumers may also write to us at 2802 N 29th Ave., Hollywood, FL 33020, with their request, providing their name and the telephone number(s) they want to be included on our DNC List.

Employee Training and Compliance:

Employees are trained regularly on compliance with DNC regulations and are aware of this policy. Violations of this policy by employees or representatives may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Recordkeeping and Access:

Delta Capital Group will maintain records of all Do Not Call requests for at least 5 years. The DNC List is securely stored and is accessible only to authorized personnel.

Exceptions:

Calls not covered by this policy include:

  • Non-telemarketing calls for purposes such as order fulfillment, customer service, debt collection, and other non-sales interactions.
  • Calls made to business-to-business contacts, unless otherwise required by law.
