Delta Capital Group is a full service Business Sales and Acquisitions firm focusing on the lower middle market.

The principals of Delta are former business owners who have founded, managed, bought, and sold companies for their personal use as well as helping other business owners sell their companies. This "real life" business experience (as opposed to reading about it or experiencing it through others) allows Delta to take an empathetic approach to problem solving in the business world. We examine every client's business from the perspective of a potential buyer.

In addition to his 35+ years of experience building his own companies, our founding principal Tom Gledhill has over 7 years of experience assisting other business owners with the value enhancement and transfer of their companies.

Delta employs a 2 phase process that allows us to strategically position a company to obtain maximum value. During Phase 1 of our 2 phase process, we perform a pre-transaction due diligence to expose problems so that we can implement practical solutions to enhance value. During Phase 2 we take the business to market. The result of this approach allows Delta to find the right buyer with the right price, terms and structure.

Delta Capital Group supports entrepreneurs worldwide by lending or donating a portion of our profits to microfinance institutions.
